Happiness Factory

My photography teammates and I volunteered and photographed 24 residents at a nursing home and gifted them self-portraits for their funerals. This volunteering experience brought joy and happiness to hospice patients and aimed to optimize their quality of life through palliative care. Through this, I heard everyone's experiences. Listening to each elder's story, I could not help but empathize with their situation. I was elated that I could contribute to making their lives better and started to ask what more could I do?
